Refund policy

Key Information:

- Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- There is no restocking fee for returns.

Returning Purchases
Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original condition with tags attached and show no signs of use, washing, or alterations.

To start a return, contact customer service at sales@buildinsulation.co.uk. We will provide a return form and address.

Damaged Items
If an order arrives damaged, take a photo within 24 hours as evidence and email it to sales@buildinsulation.co.uk with your order number. Our team will find a solution. Claims made after 24 hours will not be valid.

Refund Processing
When we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you by email if it is accepted. Accepted returns will be refunded within 5 days to the original payment method. If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or provider first. If they are not the issue, contact us at sales@buildinsulation.co.uk.
